Typical Applications of Lanli Bearing Products in the Automotive and Industrial Fields
Due to the combination of material characteristics and performance, EU products have been widely used and promoted compared to conventional self-lubricating bearings. Thin walled structure, small volume, and light weight make EU shaft sleeves convenient to use. Based on the material properties of the wear-resistant layer PTFE mixture, EU products are suitable for difficult to maintain situations where oil cannot be added or is difficult to add, with no oil lubrication and low oil lubrication. During use, the PTFE mixture forms a transfer film to protect the grinding shaft and avoid shaft biting. PTFE mixture has excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient, as well as moderate elastic-plastic properties, which can distribute stress on a wide contact surface, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of EU products (see). Therefore, EU products are suitable for rotating, swinging, axial sliding and other occasions.
Typical Applications of Lanli Bearing Products in the Automotive and Industrial Fields
EX bushings are usually recommended for use in environments with intermittent operation and boundary lubrication, especially the oil hole design of the bushing inner hole, which is well suited for situations where continuous or repeated refueling is not possible. However, under non lubricated conditions, the working length of EX bushings depends on the interaction of load, surface velocity, specific environmental temperature, etc. At the same time, the plastic layer on the inner surface of the shaft sleeve can leave a margin before processing and molding, and can be processed to better assembly dimensions after being installed into the seat hole.
