Standard and correct selection, contact surface form, assembly, and other design materials for oil-free bearings. Capable of efficiently and correctly selecting the required bearing products for customers.
Selection of bearings
Six factors related to bearing life:
(1) The larger the load P [N/mm2], the shorter the service life of the bearing; The greater the load fluctuation, the greater the impact on the bearing life, and the shorter the bearing life; In any case, the maximum load shall not exceed the theoretical maximum allowable load value. The load size is equal to the actual working load divided by the projected area of the bearing, with the formula P=F/(D * B).
(2) The working life of the bearing depends on the magnitude of the PV value, which is the product of the actual load P [N/mm2] and the sliding speed V [m/s]. The smaller the PV value, the longer the bearing life.
(3) The lifespan of bearings also depends on the temperature at which they are used, so when designing and selecting, the heat dissipation characteristics of relevant components should be considered as much as possible.
(4) The surface roughness Ra [μ m] of the grinding parts and the contact surface roughness of the bearing grinding parts should be between Ra0.2 and Ra0.8. The working surface of the bearing should not be damaged by sharp media during assembly and use.
(5) 对磨部件表面材料,对磨部件表面粗糙度是影响轴套使用寿命的一个因素,一般情况下某表面要求达到0.4μm ka。(6) 其他因素如轴承座的设计、润滑条件等。

Contact surface design of B shaft sleeve
Incorrect assembly forms can damage or shorten the service life of bearings. The following are relevant assembly forms for reference in design:

Design of shaft sleeve seat hole

Shaft sleeve press fit

Assembly of thrust washer and slider
When assembling the thrust washer and slider, there is a recess on the shoulder of the seat hole, and the positioning pin is used to prevent the product from rotating.

Rolling shaft sleeve inspection
In the free state, rolled shaft sleeves have certain opening seams, which cannot accurately measure the outer and inner diameters. Therefore, the inner and outer diameters of rolled bearings should be measured using professional measuring tools and equipment.
